Where do I start?
The first thing you will need is a School password (please contact
your school for this information).
Once you have your school password, please visit our site at
https://www.topmarksorders.ca and enter the school password.
You will then be asked to create a family profile and a profile for
each of your children.
Once that is done, you can either start shopping or return later.

2. I have a
family profile, how do I start shopping?
Once you have
created your family profile, simply visit our site at
https://www.topmarksorders.ca and enter your family name and
password. This will grant you access to your family profile where
you can start shopping.

How do I change or update my profile?
Once your profile has been created, you can update your address,
password, contact information etc. Simply login to the site and
click the Edit button on the right of your screen under the heading,
'Update Family information'.

4. How do I
change grade or update age and sizes?
Once your family profile has been created, you can update the grade,
age and measurements for your child from the family profile page.
You will see a Edit button next to your child's name, simply click
this button to update the information.

My child has changed school, what do I do?
A. In some cases your child may move to a new school that is in our
system, when this happens you will see a list of schools appear with
your child's profile, simply choose the new school and update the
profile, this will give you instant access to the uniform
requirements for the new school.
B. If the new school does not appear in your child profile then you
need to create a new family profile and child profile for the new
school. First you will need the new school password, then create a
2nd family profile with a new password.

6. I try to
create an account and it says my family profile already exists, what
do I do?
When a new account is created our system checks 4 values to
determine if an account already exists:
First name
Last name
Password
Province
When you create the new account, be sure to use a different password
to solve this issue.

The page shows the wrong school after I login.

password.

8. The website
will not accept my family name and password?
This can occur if you did not create your family profile. First you
will need a School password (please contact your school for this

I can't remember my password
We have a few tools on the site that will help you if you can't
remember your password. If none of these tools help, please call
1-800-667-7105 for assistance.

10. I can't
login to the site, it says I need to activate cookies.
Our site needs cookies enabled in order to function properly, please
check your browser help section for information on how to activate
cookies.
