For Returns: Refunds will be processed (to original form of payment) within 5 business days upon receipt of returned item(s).
For Exchanges: Exchanges are processed and shipped within 3 business days (for in-stock items) upon receipt. Once an Exchange has been shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation from Canada Post with a tracking number.
1. Return Authorization: Complete the return authorization form included in your shipment. Please indicate quantity to be returned. For Returns, place a check mark in the “Refund” box. For Exchanges, indicate the desired size required.
2. Repackage Items: Place the following items back into the resealable shipping bag: (i) Items being Returned; and (ii) Completed Return Authorization Form. Seal the Shipping Bag and affix the
pre-paid return label from Canada Post.
3. Package Drop off: (i) Canada Post: Drop off your Return/Exchange at a Canada Post outlet or mailbox. You will only receive a confirmation of drop-off if you utilize a Canada Post outlet; (ii) Montreal Fit Center: Drop off your Return/Exchange in our Return/Exchange bin during business hours.
To Book a Fitting appointment at the Montreal Fit Center, or at a scheduled School Fitting Day, please Log onto your
Top Marks Account. If you do not have an Account, you will need to
create one.
- Under the section titled “Appointments”, click “Book Now”.
- For each child that requires an appointment, please select from the drop-down menu whether they are a new student or returning student and click “Verify Availability”.
- Select your desired appointment time and click “Book Now” directly below.
- You will receive an appointment confirmation and thereafter a reminder the day before your Fitting.
