At Top Marks, making a difference means more than delivering uniforms. It means investing in Canadian manufacturing, supporting school communities, and operating with responsibility every step of the way.
Domestic Manufacturing
Top Marks is proud to share that over 80% of our base uniform styles are made in Canada. We remain the only company in Canada that operates its own full-service garment manufacturing facility, employing fabric cutters, sewers, and specialized administrative staff.
All custom decoration is also completed locally in Montreal, Quebec, giving us greater control over quality, consistency, and finishing details across every program.
This local manufacturing capability helps us respond with more flexibility, support specialized uniform items, and maintain strong oversight throughout the production process.
Giving Back
At Top Marks, we believe that strong school partnerships go beyond simply supplying uniforms. We actively support the communities we serve through a range of initiatives that reflect the relationships we build with schools over time.
From fundraising support to capital campaigns, student-focused initiatives, and broader community contributions, we aim to strengthen the schools and organizations we work with in meaningful and practical ways.
Collectively, we give back more than $450,000 each year to the schools and communities we serve, helping support programs, priorities, and local impact well beyond the uniform itself.
Our Environmental Approach
We also believe that doing the right thing includes operating responsibly. From purchasing and producing locally to reducing waste and increasing the use of recyclable materials in our processes and packaging, we take a practical and commonsense approach to environmental stewardship.
Our efforts include energy-efficient lighting, recycling within our facilities, and a continued shift toward more digital communication and less paper-based administration.
