Before and During Your Visit

Prepare Before You Arrive

Book through your Top Marks account.
Select the correct child and available appointment type.
Arrive approximately five minutes before your scheduled time.

During Your Fitting

One-to-one support from a Top Marks team member.
School-specific uniform guidance.
Sample garments available to try on.
Help choosing the correct items and sizes.
On-site computer access for online account assistance.

Important to Know

Fitting samples only: Items cannot be purchased or taken home from the Fit Centre.
All purchases are completed online through your Top Marks account, including replacement orders.
Returns may be dropped off during business hours, but exchanges and repurchases are not processed on site.
