Start your return by completing the form on this page. Once submitted, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you need a replacement item, place a new order and use the FREE shipping code included in that email.

  1. 1 Complete and submit the Return Form on this page.
  2. 2 Check your email for confirmation and your FREE shipping code if you need a replacement item.
  3. 3 Pack the item(s) you are returning with your completed Return Authorization Form, then attach the prepaid return label included with your order. Need a Canada Post Prepaid Return Label, click here
  4. 4 If you need a replacement item, place a new order and apply your FREE shipping code at checkout.

Please note: Once your return is received and processed, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within five business days. Replacement items, if needed, must be ordered separately.
