My password does not work. What should I do?

Use the Forgot Your Password option to create a new password.
If you shopped with Top Marks before April 2026, your account will carry over to the new website, but your password must be reset.

I did not receive an order confirmation email. What should I do?

Sign in to your account and review your order history.
If the order appears there, your purchase was successfully placed.
If the order does not appear under My Orders, contact Customer Service for assistance.

My child changed schools. How do I update their profile?

If the new school is supported by Top Marks, sign in to your account and edit your child’s profile to select the new school.
