Easy Returns
- Unwashed, unworn items can be returned within 120 days of order receipt
- Once your return has been received and processed, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days
Easy Exchanges
- Need a different size or item? Simply place a new order for the replacement item - we do not process direct exchanges
- Upon completion of the Return Form, you'll receive an email that includes a FREE Shipping CODE valid for 30 days from the date your return was initialized

How to Start Your Return
- Begin with our Return Form
- After completing the Return Form complete the enclosed Return Authorization Form and indicate the quantity of each item you are returning
- Pack your return: Place the item(s) you are returning, along with the completed Return Authorization Form, into the resealable shipping bag
- Attach the supplied Canada Post Prepaid Return Label and drop it off at a Canada Post outlet or mailbox. If you require a new Canada Post Prepaid Return Label, click here
